1) Describe the assignment.
* We were first introduce called a site weebly.com. It is basically a website that offers features in creating a website of you own. The beauty about it, its free! :) The objective of the assignment is to create an online resume for future references. This online resume includes your experience, education, skills and awards, references, and the link for blogs. We can include pictures as well.
2) What are the benefits of having an online portfolio?
*Since technology is changing dramatically, it is a big advantage because the net is fast and everyone around the world can access to your online resume. It is also very professional and convenient.
3)What are the features you liked about the weekly site?
*I like how you can DRAG an element down to your page. The site is user friendly, which is a good activity to use in the classroom for kids as well. To add, I love how they have features like the elements, themes, pages, videos, links, and so forth.
4) What were the challenges?
* No challenges actually. As mentioned earlier, weekly is user friendly!
5) How would you use weebly in your future classroom?
*I would use weebly to post up new assignments, power points, or upcoming events. Weebly can be used to socialize with my students, but in a professional style. For some students, they would refer to the website as a guide to keep track of what's going on in the classroom.
